• All custom orders are non-refundable.
• Use of KoolerKart/Tyler Thomas products to assemble ride on cooler, OR use
  of pre-made ride on coolers manufactured by Tyler Thomas MUST be ridden
  in accordance with all local and federal laws. Systems above 50cc that are
  capable of more than 20 MPH are NOT able to be legally ridden on streets
  according to federal laws in the United States and many other countries. It is
  up to the end user to comply with all laws pertaining to the use of these highpowered
  machines. Misuse of motor-powered ride on coolers can lead to
  serious injury or even death. User fully understands KoolerKart recreational
  riding is an inherently dangerous activity. By purchasing a KoolerKart product
  the consumer promises to hold harmless Tyler Thomas and its subsidiaries in
  the event of an accident and promises not to pursue legal recourse. In the
  event a customer wishes to pursue legal action, he/she is obligated to fully
  cover all legal defense fees for Tyler Thomas. Customer is to fully understand
  that KoolerKart are not designed to sustain top speeds for more than a short
  burst. It is inherently dangerous and beyond the scope of our manufacturing
  specifications to attain top speeds for sustained periods of time of more than
  30 seconds per instance.
• Please be sure to ride safely and within the scope of the law and ALWAYS
  wear a helmet.
• Tyler Thomas isn’t responsible for any injuries.
