Introducing the KoolerKartz Weld-It-Yourself Kit! With this kit, you can now build your very own KoolerKart with the satisfaction of having done it yourself. The kit includes all of the metal tubing and tabs etc. Everything is laser cut and CNC bent saving hours and hours of designing and cutting. This Kit also comes with weld instructions for building the frame and a full digital parts list with all the links to the rest of the parts. You get a choice between an Orca 40qt or Wet Sounds 55qt cooler with a built-in speaker! (Please keep in mind when you purchase the cooler separately, the Wet Sounds cooler is roughly $450 more than the orca due to the speaker)

Please note that all other parts and accessories are sold separately, but we’ll include a parts list via email within 2-3 days of purchase to help you complete the kart.

It’s important to note that this kit requires welding and fabrication skills to complete. Simple build instructions will be sent via email within 1 week of purchase.

For your convenience, we also offer an optional hardware kit that includes all the high-quality grade 8 bolts, nuts, and washers you need to build your kart.
